Candidates willing to take admission in PG course M.Com through PGAT (Entrance Test), have to fill online application form. There is no such process. If you want to make a career in CSE only then you must opt for B.Tech in CSE. But in post-graduation, if you want to pursue M.Tech in CSE then you have to appear for GATE so that you can get a seat in IIT, IIIT, etc.

For getting admission for 3 year law course at Allahabad University, you need to appear for LAT exam, which is conducted by the university. The LAT 2018 shall be held on 22nd May. The online application form is available, and the last date is May 7 or May 8. If you wish to apply don't be late.
