Talking about Government jobs, State Agriculture Departments recruits Graduates to fill up Officer level posts. According to me, both are good but Amity is better than ABBS as both provide the best knowledge but would I suggest you to go with Amity. You can choose according to your preferred location.

If you have done +2 with good marks, go for B.Tech rather than diploma as this could be better after 10th standard. Moreover, B.Tech has much more value than diploma.
