You have to study MBA general and opt for finance in the second year. The fee structure is available on www.amity.edu.
Fee per semester is 2.7 lacs.

According to Amity University admission eligibility you are not eligible because they require min 60% in aggregate ( in class 10 and 12 ) and min 70% in pcm for b.tech cs programme.
You can check prospectus for other programme in which you are eligible.
