Candidates are required to report to the admission cell at Mahatma Gandhi Kashi Vidyapith (MGKVP) for document verification and other admission related formalities. Those who fail to report on the given reporting date and time for document verification and final round admission process, will not be considered for admission in that particular session. Hence, candidates are advised to report to the admission cell at MGKVP on the given date and time along with all necessary documents required during the verification process to avoid any last minute hassle.

Yes candidates will be asked to show admit card during reporting for AIAPGET 2025 counselling. It is to be noted candidates must carry original certificates and documents for reporting. Apart from admit card, candidates need following documents:
- AIAPGET 2025 result
- Mark Sheets of BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS
- BAMS/BUMS/BHMS/BSMS Degree Certificate
- Internship Completion Certificate stating candidate had completed his/her duration by January 31, 2025
- Permanent/Provisional Registration Certificate issued by CCIM/State Medical Council
- High school/higher secondary certificate/birth certificate
- A valid photo ID proof (PAN Card, Driving License, Voter I

No, The conducting authority will start the AP PGECET Phase II self-reporting of the candidates based on the announcement of AP PGECET 2025 counselling notification. The seat allotment result for AP PGECET 2025 phase II will release on September 26 and the last date to report to the allotted institute is September 29.

The reporting time for NID DAT will be mentioned in the Admit card, along with gate closing time, and exam timings and date.
The candidate needs to report for the DAT Prelims exam at 8 am. The gates of the exam center will close at 9:30 AM (or 30 minutes before the commencement of the exam). After that no candidate will be allowed inside the exam hall.
NID DAT Exam timings:
- B.Des - 10 am - 1 pm
- M.Des - 10 am - 12.30 pm

According to Medical Counselling Committee (MCC), the authority for NEET counselling, certificates issued by the competent authority on standard format, should be in English or Hindi language. Some of the states insist for certificate in English language only. Candidates are advised to carry certified (attested) Copy of English version of the original certificate, in case certificate
issued is in other than English language, along with original certificate.

The HSTES 2024 Counselling schedule for Round 2 physical reporting of the candidates to the allotted institute will be announced soon. It is to be noted that the already-registered candidates will also allowed to participate in the counselling. If the seat allotted for counselling is cancelled, then the previous allotted seat will automatically be cancelled. Also, the candidates from the State of Haryana need to provide their Parivar Pehchan Patra (PPP) ID or Aadhaar No. (if the applicant does not remember the PPP ID) as per the provisions of the “THE HARYANA PARIVAR PEHCHAN ACT, 2021”.

Ideally, the candidate must be ready for the online exam an hour or so before the exam commences. The Symbiosis Institute of Design will release the detailed reporting time on its official website.
The SEED 2026 written exams will be conducted in an online, proctored, computer-based model. This means the candidate can take the exam from any location of their choice. To take the online exam, the candidate will need a laptop/desktop, webcam, internet, and a few other software and hardware requirements.
