It depends on which course you like because, both the courses are equally good. So, give more importance to your choice. You can go through the syllabus of both the courses, analyze the topics, which you like most, and accordingly you can select your stream.

No you are not eligible. This is because, the eligibility for seeking admission in MD Anesthesia is that candidate should have obtained a minimum of 55% marks in aggregate in a professional MBBS examination recognised by the Medical Council of India (MCI).

Eligibility:
Candidates who wish to seek admission for the programme of Diploma in Anaesthesia are required to fulfil the following criteria prerequisite for the course:
Students are required to pass the 10+2 examination in (PCB) with an aggregate of 50% marks and above from a recognised board. Candidates are not required to clear any entrance examination for seeking admission.

If you have done BAMS then you can open your clinic without even getting B.Sc. In anesthesia or physician assistant. You just have to enroll your clinic for recognition and if medical authority approves it, then you will be free to open the clinic.

You have to qualify 10+2 examination in Physics Chemistry Biology and Mathematics. After 10+2, you have to pass the MBBS degree from a recognised university. After completing the MBBS degree, you can apply for the postgraduate programme in Anesthesia.
