A separate application form will be issued for other state quota. You have perfect eligibility for this, as you scored well in class 12th. Prepare for the entrance exam and you will get admission through your state quota only.

Yes, Anna University syllabus is accepted all over the world, so even for your further education you need not explain once you tell them you are from Anna University.

Anna University has good standard. You can give your preference to Chennai campus, and the second option can be Coimbatore Campus.

Without any doubt it is NIT, Trichy that is far superior to Anna University. Faculty of NIT is very well qualified so is their placement cell.

Yes it's very much possible and most colleges in the US and Canada would accept a transfer. All the universities would have slightly different requirements and you can start off by researching a little. You will need to take TOEFL or IELTS. I also recommend that you take SAT or ACT.
