You need to make sure that your date of birth mentioned in your class 10th marksheet and Aadhar card are same and you need to enter the exact same date of birth on your EAMCET application form. Any discrepancy found during the document verification process may lead to rejection of the application or admission cancellation. Therefore, if your date of birth is incorrect on your aadhar card then it is advised that you make the required correction, either offline, by visiting the designation government office or, online, by visiting the official website of the Aadhar card to avoid any kind of problematic situation that may arise in future.

Verification of documents is a critical step in the admission process, and any discrepancies or errors in the certificates can lead to complications.
To address the situation and avoid potential problems during verification, you should take the following steps:
Contact the Concerned Authority: Reach out to the concerned authority responsible for conducting Andhra Pradesh EAMCET or the admission process. Explain the situation

It is necessary only if you don't have any institutionalised education i.e, something like studying or appearing for exams privately. It is not necessary if you produce your study certificates from class 4 to intermediate. In this case your integrated certificate is sufficient which consists of nativity and caste.
