Anyone can pay fees on behalf of student, but normally it's only the student who has to for document verification. In perhaps some extreme conditions, authorities may allow someone else to do this. Best wishes to you.

Hi, No, the admission is based on entrance only. You need to give next year entrance if you missed this year entrance. You can try for management quota seats but they will cost you too much. All the best.

Hi, No. They are only used in the cut off marks merit based admission not in entrance type test admission. All the best.
