General & OBC Categories: Must score at least 25% of total marks, that's 40 out of 160 to become eligible for ranking and counselling.
SC/ST Categories: There is no minimum qualifying score; all SC/ST candidates are ranked irrespective of their marks

Andhra Pradesh EAMCET 2026 tie-breaking rules are as follows,
Tie-Breaking Criteria (Engineering Stream):
- Higher marks in the Mathematics section of Andhra Pradesh EAMCET.
- If still tied, higher marks in the Physics section.
- If still tied, the older candidate (by age) gets preference.
- If the tie remains, the lottery system (random number) may be used.
For Agriculture & Pharmacy Stream:
- Higher marks in Biology.
- If tied, higher marks in Physics.
- Then, age (older candidate preferred).

Your rank of 23,163 makes private colleges like Sri Vasavi, Vignan's Lara, or Pragati strong options for CSE. In government colleges, you're close to the threshold for BC D girls; CSE might be accessible in later rounds, and ECE/EEE are safer alternatives. Choose broadly in your options list.
