Hello Vinay,
Yes, you need to take a TS EAMCET exam to get into JNTU.
JNTU- H can only be achieved, if you hold a good rank in your TS EAMCET.

If one does not qualify the EAMCET and wish to pursue graduation course, then the candidate has an option to secure admission through management quota and the fee varies for different colleges based on their reputation.

As you have scored a low rank, you can't get a good branch in top 15 colleges.
I would suggest, you should take admission in a private university to get a good course like CSE, ME, ECE, etc.
