I am afraid that you have lost opportunity to register without late fees as that window closed few days back on 15th April. Now you have to pay late fees for filling up this form online. This window will be open till 13th May but do not delay it. Complete the process as early as possible. I am attaching a link about all aspects of this exam including various links. I am sure you will find it very useful while filling up form

Students are not allowed to take electronic gadgets, watches, or any of other paper except hall ticket inside the examination hall. If found trespassing, examination will be cancelled for that respective student.
