It is difficult to predict whether you can get a seat in a government veterinary college with a rank of 10921 in EAMCET under ST category as it depends on various factors such as the number of seats available, the number of applicants, and the cutoff for that year. However, you can check the previous year's cutoffs and the seat matrix to get an idea of your chances of admission. You can also participate in the counseling process to increase your chances of getting a seat.
