As per the National council of Teaching Education, the Andhra Pradesh TET examination is conducted only once a year.
The examination was held between February 27th 2024 to March 6th 2024.

The application window for the Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (AP TET) 2024 is closed. The deadline to apply online for Andhra Pradesh TET 2024 was till February 18th 2024.
The official notification regarding the Andhra Pradesh TET exam dates and application process was released by the Department of School Education, Andhra Pradesh on February 7th, 2024.

The Andhra Pradesh Teacher Eligibility Test (APTET) weights Languages 1 and 2 differently depending on the paper that the applicant chooses. APTET Paper 1 should be taken by teachers who wish to teach classes 1 through 5, and APTET Paper 2 should be taken by instructors who want to teach classes 6 through 8.
