AP TET qualifying certificate is issued after the declaration of the result. This is issued to those who secure the qualifying marks in the exam. Candidates can download the same by logging with the required credentials.

AP TET passing certificate is valid for lifetime. Those clearing the exam by securing the required cut off marks are issued this certificate. With the same candidates can apply for the teacher recruitment in Andhra Pradesh.

Those clearing Andhra Pradesh TET exam can apply for teacher recruitment for Classes 1 to 8 in Andhra Pradesh as and when the vacancies are announced. In the recruitment process, 20 per cent weightage is given to APTET scores and 80% to Teacher Recruitment Test (TRT).

To clear the APTET exam, candidates are required to secure the qualifying marks. This is considered as the cut off marks for selection. The qualifying marks are 90 i.e 60% for General/OC/EWS. The same is 75 (50%) for BC & 60 (40%) for SC/ST/PwBD/Ex-Servicemen.

The Department of School Education, the Government of Andhra Pradesh released the results of the Andhra Pradesh TET July session on November 4, 2024. As per the official data, a total of 3,68,661 candidates appeared for the exam, of those, 1,87,256 cleared the exam. Going by this, 50.79 per cent of candidates passed the Andhra Pradesh TET July session exam. Have a look at the Andhra Pradesh TET results 2024 data of the July session below.

In case a candidate is not able to download his/ her admit card, he/ she must contact the Joint Director, TET of Commissioner of School Education, Anjaneya Towers, Ibrahimpatnam between 10.00 am to 5.30 pm on all working hours in person. To enquire about the hall ticket, candidates need to provide the following details:
- Journal number of the fee paid
- Reference number of the application submitted
- Copy of the printout of the Application form
- One photograph (same photograph as pasted on the application form)

If candidates forget their login ID for the APTET exam then they can retrieve the same using the process below-
- Go to APTET portal.
- Click on the forget/candidate ID link.
- Enter the registered mobile number and the captcha.
- The candidate ID will be sent to the registered mobile number.

AP TET final answer key is released before the result is announced. The answer key is published after checking the responses submitted by the students.
