Hi,
A career as a counselor or therapist is possible with a Master's degree, but whether you choose to pursue a Master's or doctoral degree depends on your interests and career goals. However, you cannot practice as a psychologist if you decide to pursue a master's degree in clinical or counseling psychology. So, for Therapist / Counselor - Master in clinical psychology is fine.

I think you should take clinical psychology, because that will help you in becoming a therapist. Applied psychology is more about learning how to apply psychological theories. If you do clinical psychology, you can treat mental disorders (not like a psychiatrist) which applied psychology won't allow.

Yes, one can definitely do MBA after doing Bachelors in applied psychology. Amity University, Lucknow could be a viable choice for both.

Yes, you can apply for Masters in psychology. They require a graduate degree. Many of my known were doing Bachelor's in other field and did their MA psychology. You can try for clinical psychology also. One of my friends got recruited in AIIMS as psychiatrist after doing MA in clinical psychology.
Go for it.
Regards
