The students who want to take admission in the M.Arch college at GIATP need to first apply online for the admission. After filling up the form, the college may give the dates for Interview process. The students are required to appear for the interview. Selected students are given admission.

There is no providion of direct admission for the post graduation degree course in GIATP. The admission into the M.Arch course is subject to fulfillment of the set eligibility criteria. The interested students are required to fill the application form post which a personal interview is scheduled. After shortlisted students are announced, students are offered admission.

During the admission process, the documents are verified in order to avoid any discrepancy. List of documents required for admission in BArch course are given below:

  • Cass 10 marksheet
  • Class 12 / Diploma Marksheet
  • NATA Score card
  • Character certificate (original) 
  • Aadhaar card 
  • Medical Certificate (original) 
  • Category certificate 
  • Passport-size photos

The Ganga Institute of Architecture and Town Planning is affiliated to the Maharishi Dayanand University. The BArch course offered by GIATP is approved by the Council of Architecture. The BArch degree achieved will be valid and hold value.

The Ganga Institute of Architecture and Town Planning BArch course admission accepts merits of certain exams. Among the accepted exam are NATA conducted by the COA and JEE Paper A2. Apart from the accepted exams, students must also fulfill the set eligibility criteria for the purpose of admission into the GIATP.

The students of BArch from GIATP are placed at the architecture firms. Most of the alumni network of the college is placed and working in the Art and Design sector. Some of the important recruiters that partcipate in the placement drive of GIATP are as follows:

The total number of seat intake capacity is very limited in the BArch course at Ganga Institute of Architecture and Town Planning. Only 40 seats are available for the students to take admission. The limited seats make the process of admission competitive.

Candidates seeking admission to the five year BArch course must apply for the same through NATA. Candidates who clear the cutoff are given an offer for admission. The final shortlist of selected candidates is set to release on 7 Jul 2025. Candidates who have appeared for NATA will be considered for the final shortlist. 
Candidates must pay the required fee to secure their seat once they have received the final admission offer.
