San Academy of Architecture offers entrance-based admission to MArch. Applicants are selected based on GATE and CEETA-PG score. To be eligible for admission applicants need to apply and appear in one accepted entrance exam to apply for admission. Further, applicants are required to fill out the basic eligibility i.e. pass BArch degree from a recognised university or institute. The Tamil Nadu School of Architecture in Coimbatore requires a minimum score of 50% in the NATA exam for admission to the B.Arch course. To be eligible for admission, candidates must also have completed 10+2 with Physics Chemistry, Mathematics as a main subject.

The NATA qualifying cutoff is the minimum score required to pass the entrance exam and be eligible for the admission. A score of 70 out of 200 is considered the passing score, and a score between 120 to 150 is considered good.
