It is very much competitive to get hired by top recruiters such as Morphogenesis, CP Kukreja, Sanjay Puri Architects, Godrej & Boyce L&T, Shapoorji Pallonji and Tata Projects but not impossible.

You basically need strong portfolios, specialised skills (like BIM, sustainability), excellent communication, and a standout mentality beyond just grades.

Yes, there are some M.Arch specializations that usually have better placement records, such as Urban Design, Construction Management, Sustainable Architecture, and Landscape Architecture that leads to more and better job opportunities compared to the regular other M.Arch specializations, as these fields currently have high demand in the industry.

However, the placements also depend on the specific college's placement records and the recruiting companies that they invite.

For admission into M.Arch, you need to have completed B.Arch and have secured at least 50% marks in graduation

Further, you will have to get excellent marks in entrance exams like NATA, GATE, MAH MArch CET, etc. to get admission to a decent M.Arch college in India.

Hope this helps!
