If we review both the colleges for pursuing the B.Arch UG degree, Mangalam University is more better option for students then the MRIIRS because there is huge difference in the fee as well as the seat breakup among the students. They both offer under graduate course and in both the colleges the time period of these courses is 5 years. But if we see the seat breakup for the students, there are 40 seats in MRIIRS with reservation and 20 seats available in K.R. Mangalam University. The total tution fee of MRIIRS is INR 1255500 and in Magalam University it is INR 9 Lacs. So from my opinion Mangalam University is better than MRIIRS.

Eligibility for admission to B.Arch at MRIIRS Faculty of Architecture and Design-10+2 with 50% marks is mandatory in Mathematics or 10+3 Diploma with mathematics as a compulsory subject or International Baccalaureate Diploma after 10 years of schooling, with 50% marks and mathematics as a compulsory subject. The latest cutoff for taking admission to B.Arch at MRIIRS is to score approximately 50% answers correctly like 100 out of 200.

JoSAA authorities will consider various examination and admission-related factors while preparing AAT cutoff. Some important factors that will be checked to prepare cutoff of AAT are previous years' cutoff trends, total number of applicants for the exam, overall difficulty level of the exam, number of candidates who qualify the exam, total number of seats available for admission in each institute, etc.

Yes. The AAT cutoff will be differ as per the category and college selected by the candidates. Various factors will be considered to determine the AAT cutoff of the corresponding college and category. The cutoff of General category is expected to be higher than the reserved category. Similarly, the cutoff of the colleges will depend on the number of applicants for admission.

No. The authorities will not release any separate AAT cutoff online. The responsible authorities of JoSAA will prepare the AAT cutoffs for the common counselling process. AAT candidates will be able to check their cutoffs through the JoSAA cutoffs. While preparing the JoSAA/AAT cutoff, the authorities will consider various factors related to the entrance examination and admission process.

The authorities will conduct AAT in English medium. The question paper of AAT will be prepared in English and no other medium will be used to conduct the examination. All candidates are advised to be prepared accordingly. In case of any issues, the candidates can contact the official invigilators at the exam centre. AAT will be held as a pen-and-paper-based test at various centres.

According to the information I know Shri Govind Guru University takes students into B.Arch by seeing their NATA score and their percent scored in 12th standard the student must definitely have 50 percent or more in 12th standard and should have a good score in NATA so you can't get into B.Arch in this university without NATA exam.
