10+2 with 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics & also 50% marks in aggregate of the 10+2 level examination OR 10+3 Diploma Examination with Mathematics as a compulsory subjects with 50% aggregate marks. Vast Kala Academy is a great college but I will recommend you USAP over it because it is the main campus of GGSIPU and being in the main campus, and has its own advantages one being the diverse culture as the University has many Schools in it like USAP, USICT, USCT, USBT etc. So it has diversity and fee structure for both colleges is pretty much same so, SEE what suits you. According to your Score in NATA and 12th percentage your total marks are calculated using 50% of both and simply adding. Your aggregate will definitely get you in the college but your rank could be around 70 which is pretty good. Hope for the best. The counselling procedure includes paying the registration fees for the counselling and verification of documents etc.

Yes you can get admission in sir jj college but the thing is we need to know about cut and seats. If you have made the cutoff then of course you can get admission in SIR JJ College Architecture. But if you somehow fail to get into this college then I can suggest you an alternative which is Chandigarh UNIVERSITY. Chandigarh University has a separate department of architecture course. It has a separate building where students go with their practical or project work. With doctorate faculty members gave knowledge. Chandigarh University is famous for its academic work and internship.
