I will recommend Chandigarh university for its good academics and amiable environment. Syllabus here designed in such a way that students get plethora of opportunities to flourish their talents. Designing Curriculum to match International standards,. Needs of Industry, civil society and for inculcation of traits of Creative Thinking and Critical analysis. These two are good in terms of resources and infrastructure. But You need a good JEE score for UG and GATE score for PG. SPA is much cheaper than CEPT.
