A NATA cutoff of 116.5 out of 200 is a decent score. A score which is greater than 120 can be considered as a good NATA score for admission in top colleges. You can definitely try for a merit seat in your state counselling. You might have to pay a fee, even if it is a government seat though. The college has a cut- off at 50% at 12th and they also look at the marks you got in tha NATA.
