Yes, it is compulsory to give NATA for B.Arch. NATA is conducted by COA, so it is compulsory for B.Arch admission. LPU is one of the university which is recognised by COA, who offer B.Arch programme. LPU is ranked 12 in architecture by NIRF 2021. Also, ranked 36th in India, by Times Higher Education World Ranking 2022. In addition to that, LPU ranked 3rd by Atal Ranking of Institutions on innovation Achievement 2021. I like to share the eligibility of same:
Pass 12th with English Physics Chemistry and Mathematics with NATA. Placement in this programme is nearto 90%. .

Obviously Rachna sansad academy of architecture is better than sir jj as it helps you in understanding concepts and will help you understand real essence of architecture. In Rachna you have lots of workshop and practical application which you learn. It's not just the college it's an experience
So Ya to be clear always prefer Rachna sansad over sir jj.

Actually this is specialisation course and generally comes at the time of Masters or Diploma level. You can go for certification along with your graduation you can do Masters post graduation. For graduation it is very difficult to find a course in good college.
