Yes, a candidate can be eligible for admission in Arena Creative Campus, Jayanagar with 70% in Class 12. Since 70% is a good score, the institute can grant them admission in their preferred course. However, they must also fulfil the additional eligibility and selection requirements. 

Arena Animation Jayanagar offers three courses; BSc, Certificate and After Class 10 Diploma. Admission to these courses is merit-based. Hence, students must fulfil the eligibility criteria for the desired course prior to applying.
