As per your rank it is difficult to get admission in G. Pullaiah as with at least 2 lakh takers of AP EAPCET 2023 exam any rank of 50k and 75 k is pretty decent rank range and candidates based on their self evaluation of the paper search for the list of AP EAMCET colleges offering admission in this particular range.
A rank in this range typically amounts to scores between 40-49 while such low marks may not be good enough to get you a seat in desired course in top B.

I recommend starting with some introductory courses to get a sense of the filed . However with persistence and dedication you can learn machine learning regardless of the background.
