Only selected candidates will be called for the music practical exam for B.A. Music (Hons.) at Delhi University. The selection for the practical exam will be based on the marks obtained by the candidates in the written exam. The cutoff for the practical exam is usually around 50%.

The music practical exam will be held at the Delhi University campus. The exam will be conducted in two parts:

• Part 1: This part will consist of a sight-reading test.
• Part 2: This part will consist of an improvisation test.

The candidates will be required to perform a piece of music in Part 1 and improvise a piece of music in Part 2. The performance will be evaluated by a panel of experts.

The results of the music practical exam will be announced after the written exam results are announced. The candidates who pass the music practical exam will be eligible for admission to the B.A. Music (Hons.) course at Delhi University.
