Hello Snehal Jain, it's very talked topic. But perhaps it has not reached ears of UGC. I am afraid that I could not find any course approved by UGC. Yes, you can take admission in a Bachelor degree programme just by passing NIOS exam. It is valid and equivalent to CBSE, ICSE and other State Boards. So without any doubt go for it.

Yes you can get. You can get scholarship on the basis of marks you obtained in +2 in some private Universities like LPU, Chandigarh University etc.

There is no issue you can do in you want to do creative field but it more different from pharma and you should have good drawing skills with you already. You have already completed your B.Pharma you will still be eligible but it may be possible that no credit is given to the Bachelors degree that you have done.

BFA Course in Chandigarh University. You can directly apply for it. But if you are willing to take the scholarship then it will be very much beneficial for you as if you can get merit position then you will be eligible for the scholarship. But make sure you are fulfilling the eligibilty for the admission that 10+2 marks. Scholarship Scheme for Under Graduate Courses (Based on 12th Exam)- Maximum 10% of total intake seats in each Course shall be offered under the scheme.
