Hi,
I think you should first complete your B.Tech if you're in 3rd or in final year. With engineering you can continue with e learning of fine arts after that you should go for it. If you decided for it then you should apply for it now.

After qualifying the master's degree from the music or the related subject you become eligible to appear for the UGC NET exam. NTA has released the UGC NET application form on 9th Sept till 9th Oct 2019. NTA NET application window is now open for 30 days. How to fill the UGC NET application form? Read the steps given below
