A Bachelor's degree in fine arts or even business administration could be done as there are no formal education requirements to be a cartoonist.

You can go for 2 years Advance Diploma in Fine Arts - Regular / Part time from NIFA.

There is only one degree which takes both the courses into consideration and that is Bachelor of journalism and mass communication but will not give you detailed information.
