Hi Inzmam,
You need to prioritize. What would make you happy? and also understand the facts.
A career in Music industry is challenging. Even after pursuing a course it might take time to establish yourself as a musician as there is tremendous competition. So if you want a profession in Music you should be ready for the initial struggle.
On the other hand as you mentioned you already have got a private medical college. So you can be sure of one thing that after successful completion of your course you can be assured of having a career that offers you a better stability. Hi, In this case, you should drop out and pursue your passion. You may enroll into a BJMC course for good career prospects. Singing and dancing can be followed side by side unless you want to have a career in these fields. Also you may consider being a Music or Dance journalist however these are very niche courses.

Aah, syllabus for BA music? It's available in detail on the website of BHU. It's pretty detail and difficult to copy and paste here for all the three years. I would advise you to simply download it on your laptop for easy reference in future.
