Go for next MAT including CMAT and try the tier I of CMAT or MAT. These above mentioned colleges are not very good or provide poor job profile with low stability. So the choice is yours.

Asia-Pacific Institute of Management is the better one among the two options. With a sprawling infrastructure, brilliant faculty, excellent industry relations and an impeccable placement record, Asia-Pacific Institute of Management is carved out a name for itself in the country. Moreover the budding managers of AIM are recruited by top companies like EY, Blue Star, L'Real, Aditya Birla Group, Flipkart, TATA Group, ICICI Bank, Moody's, Decathlon and more.

Dear Shefali,
One good thing about Asia-Pacific is that it provides equal weightage when it comes to placements for all the specialization it offers, of course HR being one of its sought after specializations. The director himself is the HR/OB faculty, along with some of the top faculties, who have several feathers added to their academic feather. Coming back to placements, you may check the detailed placements on their website, however, to name a few, they have Blue Ocean ventures, Authbridge, Infoedge, ITC, L'oreal etc where students have been placed from HR. The highest have gone upto 11.8 Lacs at Blue Ocean Ventures.
