Yes, the curriculum is as per the latest trends in the indusry. Be it influence of Artificial Intelligence or the fundamentals of the domain everything is included in the curriculum. Research and management is also focused in every syllabus. Hands on training for professional and personality development is also remarkable.

At AAFT when we talk about we have three well equiped kitchens with modern facilities and one bakery. Basic training kitchen, advance training kitchen and bakery and confectionery are integral part of hospitality course but most importantly the other departments likes Food and Beverage training restuarant and well equiped bar is also there. For front office - lobby and computer lab, for housekeeping dummy suite room is also present.

Especially designed workshops, lectures, mock interviews are a regular practice here. From grooming classes for make up and saree draping to write a formal email - all it taught here.

Yes, at AAFT they have visits to 5 star hotels, on site learning, live preojects, industry workshops, guest lectures and regular visits. Here are few examples - Microbrewery for Food and Beverage, La Opera - for bakery students, Eros, Holiday inn, Imperial for hotel visits, cultural exchange at trade fairs and weekly visit for tourism students.
