Automotive is the branch of Mechanical Engineering. So after completing B.E mechanical you will get the admission in Masters in Automotive Design. Akarsh, automobile design is a technical area if you're entering from an engineering perspective. However, from a design perspective you can enter automobile/ product design as well. To do that, you must be good in sketching - so join a good life art course like MethodArt. Also, you may pickup 3D software knowledge so that you can model the same in 3D as well with the right lighting and textures.

You may take arts with maths.
*Prepare for college auto design programs with high school classes in both arts and sciences.
*Take courses in drawing and drafting, ideally supplemented by classes in computer design.
