Hey there! Go with what your passion goes. In my opinion Automotive Design has a lot of scope. And yes, Automotive is quite good in USA. Germany is exceptional. Yes. However so is the USA. There is a catch. These niche programs get very highly qualified students. I have dealt with students with CGPA of 9.86 with 339 GRE. I am not exaggerating. Similarly, in Germany, if you know German upto B2, with good grades, and if you have have an awesome GRE then you can get in great universities there too. Hope this helps. Thanks!

You are not eligible for German Universities. You require 13 years of education.for USA, SATs are mandatory. If your SAT score is good, you need not worry too much about your school grades. They would be considered but not the only criteria for your application.

There are no specialized college after 10th for automobile designing.

If you have a great passion about car designing then you choose design field otherwise you fail in it because of limited automobile companies.
In india some colleges require simple collection of sketches. And some college need digital sketching in portfolio

Automobile designing can be opted after grade 12 science. As b.Com student your acceptance I'm Indian universities will be tougher than outside India admission. You should consider studying abroad
