There's no such agreement done at IGRUA or any other flying school for that matter. The course fee may differ by some amount depending on the fuel prices in the international market and the cost of training as decided by the institution.
But it rarely happens that the finally paid total fee will differ too much from the estimated fee as calculated or declared before commencement of training.

Computer diploma holders can work as customer service executives. They can also find an opportunity in the back office.
Where they shall be asked to handle office duties as and when assigned and desired by the organization.
The diploma will generally act as fulfillment of eligibility criteria.
So the duties assigned may or may not match to the course you have done.
