The form is online. You have to fill it and it is more like a registration. After that take out the print out of the detailed form, they will provide, fill it offline and post it to the Banasthali's address.

Hello Karthik, Its nice to see your query. Many students are getting confused. Shakespeare had famously said "What's in a name. A rose is a rose ". But in India institutes try to mislead by giving fancy sounding names to courses. Any engineering course needs to be approved by AICTE & is of four years duration. Degree of B.Tech or BE is awarded after successful completion. On the other hand aircraft main courses are approved by DGCA and are of three years duration. Degree of B.Sc. Is normally awarded.
