Hi, there is no such specific list on languages, which you should be aware of, but yes they do expect you to be exceptionally good in English, as it is globally accepted and your mother tongue Hindi, as it will help you in domestic sectors. You may learn languages which are spoken or are national languages of destinations where your airline operates. For example Air India Express operates mostly Saudi and Emirates, where the dominant language is Arabic. So if you have good knowledge or probably if you have done any course in Arabic and you are certified for certain level of proficiency in Arabic then you shall have an upper-hand during selection as a cabin crew. You may majorly look for other languages like French, German, Russian, Malay, Chinese and Japanese. It is not compulsory to know all of them but yes if you are proficient in any one or two of them then you may expect your selection very soon. Do keep your passport ready. Good luck.

You may join Jet Airways Training Academy or Frankfinn's Academy. Although, as per my own experience, I feel that you actually do not require any training for this job.
There are some other key points which you must always be kept in mind. You should be confident, well versed in communication skills and obviously good interpersonal skills. Any intellect who has these capabilities stands out from the crowd.
An additional advantage can always be gained when you have the knowledge of foreign language especially those foreign languages which are spoken in the countries of operation of your airline.
You should always know very well to carry your personality because cabin crew make the face of the airline and they are one who interacts with the passengers at first instance.
