It hardly matters, as to what course you enroll, because the courses are customized by the flying schools and it has nothing to do with DGCA norms. SPL is an intermediate stage of CPL. If your course finishes on issue of CPL then there is no other way to start without getting an SPL. You may opt to skip PPL as you will in any case get your CPL which is higher than PPL. You cannot log your flying hours, if you do not have a SPL.

You may visit Jet Airways Training Academy for cabin crew training or Frankfinn is also not a bad option either. Being a crew is a very nice job option. Airlines are always on a hiring spree for cabin crew positions to facilitate their growing fleet size. You may or may not be assisted by your training institute in getting a placement but believe me the real intent to get placed lies in you.
