No, a candidate must have passed class 10th and 12th before joining the DGCA ground class. You can still do your class 12th from private but you cannot apply for DGCA ground class unless you pass your class 12th with alteast 45% marks in PCM stream.

The flying pilots are now not allowed to fly, if BMI is overweight for the second consecutive time. Hence, you should try to come down to a normal BMI range. Belly size will obviously come down in the process. And, it will not matter till the time you are in a normal BMI range. All the best.

It is indeed very nice to hear from you that you are interested in becoming a pilot and for this you have undergone surgery also. However, it is very tough to take a call from information that you have provided. I would suggest that you go to the specialist, show him DGCA requirement of medical fitness and seek opinion.
