Before I start with the answer, I would like to tell you that I will be talking only about pilot training. The answer to your question may be a little disheartening but it is not intended for that purpose. Even I used to ask these sort of questions before I joined a flying club to get my SPL but believe me, no other person can give you an honest and correct answer to your question as you can give to yourself. In aviation, you just have to gather skills because your skills get you a job.
And, skills can be acquired from any training centre.

An Air Hostess needs to be a person with a pleasing personality as the basic job for them is to take care of the passengers. The basic educational qualification required for Air Hostess is-:
Either 10+2 or equivalent or a Graduation degree. Age should be below 25 years with a minimum height of 154.5-157.5 cms tall. The eyesight should be of 6/6 without glasses, though it may vary from one Airlines to another. Hindi, English is a must with any foreign language which will make an added advantage though not compulsory.
