Yes, a commerce student is eligible for BBA.
Basically, BBA is for commerce students.

Basic prerequisites
1) You must complete Class XII under the 10+2 system or its equivalent with a minimum of 50 per cent marks in maths and physics.
2) You must be at least 16 years of age to be eligible for a Student Pilot License, 17 for a Private Pilot License, and 18 for a Commercial Pilot License.
3) Alternatively, you could directly enroll for the Private Pilot License once you have cleared Class XII and are 17 years old. This involves taking an exam conducted by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation* consisting of theory papers on air navigation, aviation meteorology, air regulation and technical aspects.

Eligibility for M.B.A. in Aviation Management
Listed below are the minimum criteria which candidates interested in pursuing the course are required to fulfil, in order to be eligible to apply for the course.
Minimum 50% marks at Higher & Senior Secondary level (10th & 12th)
Graduation with minimum 50% marks in any discipline (preferably Economics or Commerce background with Mathematics) with minimum two years of experience in Aviation or related sector will be suitable for the M.B.A. (Aviation Management) program for Working Professionals.

Educational: To become a commercial pilot in India, one has to first possess a Student Pilot License (SPL). To get the SPL those with 10+2 with Science and aged at least 16 years should register at a flying club which is recognized by Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA), Government of India. Registration requires a medical certificate, security clearance and a bank guarantee. Yes, there are. You must however obtain the license first. You can check with your flying school in USA.

If you meet the admission requirements, you can. You must also check with the desired universities in Australia or Canada if they recognize MGU, they have their own ways of assessment and evaluation, so please write to them. Besides, for MBA you must gain some work experience and take the GMAT or GRE. You can also search for PG Diploma programs if you don't find good universities now.
