Hi Keerthi, you cannot do two full time programs, however you can do one full time and one part time, but always get it checked from the colleges and universities. As you will be an international students you must oblige to stringent requirements.

No particular stream is required for admission.
Frankfinn is a good institute to provide basic soft skills, interview prep & industry knowledge but do not rely on any institute placements. You need to work hard yourself.
Some of their most famous courses are HTCS, AHTM and the fee ranges between 85k to 1.80 lacs.

Yes, definitely you are eligible to apply CPL after +2 with science stream. But, you need to have a good amount of money.
In my opinion, after +2, PPL is better. After doing this, go for CPL and ground handling, etc.
