A Commercial Pilot License (CPL) is a qualification that allows you to act as a Pilot in Command or PIC of a single pilot aircraft or as co-pilot of a multi-pilot aircraft.
The basic requirements to obtain the CPL license are published by the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO). However, the actual courses in flight training programs vary from country to country, based on the National Aviation Authorities (NAA).

Yes, there is a course to become a pilot, but you can't get promoted to a higher post if you won't clear your NDA exams. You will be stocked to a lower post with no such facility and low respect. If you agree then that depends on your will whether you appear or not.

General eligibility criterion for Air Hostess in majority of airlines is as follows: (a) 10+2 pass from a recognised board of education. One will get CPL only after clearing flight as well as theoretical examinations conducted by the Civil Aviation Authority of ones country. After getting CPL, one is entitled to fly Commercial as well as Cargo planes.
