For getting pilot jobs, you need to have an adequate flying experience. So after getting the pilot training, you need to practice flying till you reach that benchmark.
Training in commercial flying can be taken with flying clubs like the Rashtriya Udan Academy and private flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence. While they give training, placement is not their responsibility.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
- Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
- Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
After class XI/XII (PCM) students can apply for the SPL.

Hi,
English is an important language especially in the jobs where communication and PR is required. Also these days the corporate houses encourage English speaking culture. Airport management do need English as foreigners diplomats and nationals who cannot speak Hindi need to be addressed in English.
But, it does not mean a person who cannot speak English cannot get work, you will get work based on your qualification and skills. Also, you can anyways learn speaking.
