Training in commercial flying can be taken with flying clubs like the Rashtriya Udan Academy and private flying academies.
The training goes through 3 stages of licence. While they give training, placement is not their responsibility.
The licences have to be procured in the following order:
- Student Pilot Licence (SPL)
- Private Pilot Licence (PPL)
- Commercial Pilot Licence (CPL)
After class XI/XII (PCM) students can apply for the SPL.
On passing class XII (PCM) they may enrol

English is an important language especially in the jobs where communication and PR is required. Also these days the corporate houses encourage English speaking culture. Airport management do need English as foreigners diplomats and nationals who cannot speak Hindi need to be addressed in English.
But, it does not mean a person who cannot speak English cannot get work, you will get work based on your qualification and skills. Also, you can anyways learn speaking. You just have to move out of the hesitation which most people have. Start communicating in English (even if you speak wrong) - once the hesitation is gone you will speak flu

Bombay Flying Club, Rajiv Gandhi Academy for Aviation Technology, Indira Gandhi Institute Of Aeronautics and Government Aviation Training Institute (GATI) are some of the prestigious institutes in India. For your foreign studies, it is difficult to pin point institutes within your budget. So, check this list if you wish to find relevant options:
