BBA in aviation management is not related to technical field. It is majorly meant for ground operations.
Below mentioned are the institutes offering BBA in aviation management through distance education:
1. University Of Petroleum and Energy.
2. Neptune Institute of Management – Delhi.

There is no job guarantee given by any flying school in India or abroad. They will provide you training plus job assistance service, but there is no job guarantee.
