For becoming a pilot, first you have to acquire SPL (Student Pilot Licence) and then CPL (Commercial pilot licence) from government,which is offered only when you have 150 hours of flying experience. There's nothing to worry as all these will be duties of the institute to provide you the training for CPL.
Eligibility criteria:- class 12 (PCM) passed with atleast 60 % aggregate and must not be less than 17 years of age.
Duration: 18 months.

Although, you get paid in lakhs, but you have to keep Rs.20 lakhs to Rs.25 lakhs to attain your Commercial pilot license.

Pilot astronauts need a minimum of a bachelors degree in engineering, biological/physical sciences or mathematics. They also require a minimum of 1,000 hours pilot-in-command time in a jet aircraft.
Pilot astronauts need to be able to pass a NASA space physical, which includes the following items:
Distant visual acuity: 20/100 or better uncorrected, correctable to 20/20 each eye
Blood pressure: 140/90 measured in a sitting position
Height between 62 and 75 inches

The Airport authority of India conducts examinations to select candidates in different managerial positions in the airports of India. The qualification criterion for attending the examination is a graduation. The candidate should have done his Bachelor's degree in general business or business administration. In addition, for getting good opportunities in the field, he should acquire a Master's degree in engineering, business administration or aviation management.
