BBA in HR has more scope than BBA in Aviation as HR is required in all industries. So, job opportunities will be more in HR but in Aviation, this will limit your career scope to only aviation industry and after pursuing HR, you can find jobs in aviation where HR candidates are required.

Yes, aviation management courses are good after BBA. Although, less career scope is there right now, but in future, there would be a wider scope in this field. It would be better to pursue this course from some aviation academy or college. Otherwise, you can pursue this course from abroad which will help you in getting good career prospects in this field.

To pursue a good career in aviation field either you should go with CPL or aeronautical engineering. But, as you have done electrical engineering then you can try management course in aviation, which will help you in this field.

Although, CPL and aeronautical engineering have better career options in this industry but still you can try. Some companies like Honeywell recruits electrical engineers for work at Airport. Salary is less but growth is good. Also, you can look for vacancies in electrical engineering in some private airports which will give you a start in this field.

After Diploma, you can go for MBA in hospitality management which is doing well. But to do a Masters course, you need to have a graduation degree. All the best.
