Yes you can apply for LL.B. in most of the universities, There is no upper age limit for LL.B. Hence you can apply. The eligibility criteria of LL.B. Is a Bachelor degree with minimum 45-50% of marks. The admissions in LL.B. are based on an entrance exam conducted by respective Universities.

B.A. (Hons) economics and B.Sc. (Hons) economics degrees are not very different. Economics is a discipline which comes under the purview of both Arts and Science, hence some Indian universities offer it under B.A. (Hons) like Delhi University, while others offer it under B.Sc. Hons Programmes are more rigorous nature programmes. They have a better bearing when it comes for jobs. I can tell you of LU as in the Hons programmes it offers one additional course of at least 2 credits per term as compared to regular programs. A mix of innovative and creative courses would be offered to increase the knowledge and hone the technical skills of the hons. Students.
