B.A. (Hons) economics and B.Sc. (Hons) economics degrees are not very different. Economics is a discipline which comes under the purview of both Arts and Science, hence some Indian universities offer it under B.A. (Hons) like Delhi University, while others offer it under B.Sc. Hi,
Hons Programmes are more rigorous nature programmes. They have a better bearing when it comes for jobs. I can tell you of LU as in the Hons programmes it offers one additional course of at least 2 credits per term as compared to regular programs. A mix of innovative and creative courses would be offered to increase the knowledge and hone the technical skills of the hons. Students.
