Hello Aman,
Admission in Loyola for B.A. English is MERIT-BASED. It is then also followed by an interview if you make it to their merit lists. The list is prepared by the marks students score in 12th class.

Here the colleges for BA English (H) which are an entrance test based and not merit based, in Delhi (arranged in no specific order) :
1. Jamia Milia Islamia
2. GGSIPU
*There are few colleges which take entrance tests for this course and that too in Delhi. I would recommend you to widen your search for this course and not just limit to Delhi or any other factor, else you will end up limiting your options. *

A student registered for the BA Hons. If you intent to talk about Galgotias University in Greater Noida, NCR then I would not recommend the college for almost any course. The college doesn't have good faculty and the atmosphere in the college is also not good.

The information says, it is almost similar. Both the courses are of 3 years. In Netaji Open University, the registration remains valid for 6 years if fees are paid and registration charges are given.
