Dear friend,
As per my knowledge and experience, if you want to take BA English Hons with BCom as additional subject. It depends on university. If you wish to take admission, many universities provide it as additional subject, many not. So, you have to query University.

Eligibility criteria is as below. Completion of Bachelor's Degree in any faculty or discipline from a recognized university.
Minimum of 50% marks at the level of graduation.
Candidates from Arts background are given preference.
The maximum age of the candidate should not be more than 26 years.

No, you are not eligible to apply for M.Des in interior design as you have completed your Diploma in architecture. The minimum criteria is Bachelor's degree in the related field.

According to the UGC, all the degrees are equal value and for the government services. It is not a problem. Most of the public sector companies are not accepting the distance education and all are asking for a full-time degree with a minimum of 60% of marks.
So, my personal experience is, distance education degrees will not have a good worth. But in the case of serving employees in the government sector/private sector for promotion prospectus, it is useful to do distance education degrees. If a person wants to start a career with distance education degrees, it is somewhat difficult.

Master of Business Administration (MBA) is a postgraduate degree that is awarded to students who have mastered the study of business.
